  Hi there, I had a recent visit with Check ‘N Go. It was very unpleasant. My sister and I tried to cash two of her checks from her school club. They were $30 each, and she just wanted to get some cash.. rather than two pieces of paper. Amy was a nice person, but she wasn’t fit to be in that business. She had poor customer service skills, poor computing and banking skills, and poor business skills. We stood in the office waiting to cash the two checks for over an hour. She cashed the checks, without telling us the fees that would be in place. She didn’t even give us cash, because she didn’t have that much cash at the moment. They had to put one check on a prepaid card and the other check in cash. Therefore, we had to pay the annual subscription fee, the fees to cash both checks, and she didn’t tell us about the terms... instead, she just handed us the papers and said read over these. She didn’t have her name tag on, so I had to ask her name. She greeted us, but we felt like we were being unwanted in the business. She had another customer in, and she was asking him questions while helping us, which is no problem.. except that she ignored us for him, or ignored him for us. She misplaced one of the checks as well. The conclusion is that check n go is not a place to cash a CHECK and GO.
