  Cudos to Ms Ashley at store 831. She was phenomenal, I truly have not witnessed superb customer service in that manner in a very long time. She made my 1st time doing business with you all so easy. She went above and beyond to make sure i was in and out in a timely manner because I expressed to her I was on my lunch break at work, she gave me directions on how to get there and walked me through every document that was needed to complete my requests. Please promote her or make her employee of the month. She is truly an asset to your company. Thanks to Ashley.

  I had the most extraordinary experience. I was going through a really rough time due to a minor family emergency. I wasn’t in the best of moods. The agent/rep Jasmine made me feel so much better. She had me smiling and laughing non-stop. It was my first time needing this type of loan and she made me feel better about it. She made the process super easy and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I truly appreciate her.

  I recieved EXCELLENT customer service here. The young ladies present a professional atmosphere. Which is not presented in business lately. Fast approval of a loan with options AND amounts higher than I expected. Very pleased.
