  This place has been great to work with Raven makes me feel like a real person...she is great at her job but more importantly at the customer service aspect. I walk thru the door and she addresses me by name and has always been nothing but calm cool and collective when my children have been with me. Thanks for the great service and the wonderful employee!!

  Each time I come into this location I am always greeted with a friendly smile. If there is someone else the rep is working with, I am always acknowledged as entering the store. Service is not only friendly but quick. I’ve used many of the services over the years and whether I’m in person or on the phone, I’m completely satisfied!

  Raven & Renetta are so AWESOME!!!!!! They were so helpful and made it a very easy experience!!!! They are always so friendly and are always smiling!! Love them!!!

  I went into your Alabaster, AL location this morning to cash a personal check. The check came back declined because the account could not be located. I understand because USAA is not located in Alabama. There is no brick and mortar building here. The employee then goes on to tell me that easy money may be able to help me because you all use different systems. However, when I get there, one of the Easy Money employees told me that your employee called them and told them not to do business with me because I had just left her location. I am irate because she made me look like a complete idiot and a complete fool and like I was trying to commit criminal activity. This is so unethical it’s unreal. And it was also embarrassing. I have no idea why she would refer me to another location and turn around and do something like that. Do you allow your employees to call other businesses and tell them to refuse service to someone? Especially when she doesn’t know anything about me. I have never been a criminal and I won’t tolerate being treated like one. This doesn’t even deserve one star

  These ladies are always nice. When I come in I'm always greeted by name. And always get great customer service from Renetta and Raven whenever I come in.

  Great customer service and they always go the max to help me with my documents. They could have sent me on my way but she did everything she could to help me and for that I appreciate it and the service I received.

  6 yrs ago my name was fraudulently used for a cash advance for $300. Now I have to pay for something that wasn't mine or face jail time. I was just informed 2 hours ago of this advance but it happened 6 years ago
