  I recently went into the Check into Cash Location in Yucaipa to cash a check and upon my arrival, I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome for an employee named Wilmary. She not only cashed my check with ease but was extremely professional and friendly as she conducted the transaction. She made conversations, asked about my upcoming weekend and even explained other services they offer at this location.It's people like her that make dreaded errands running a more pleasurable experience.   I went a few weeks ago to get information about a loan and a young lovely lady by the name of Wilmary was kind enough to explain every detail because of her I felt very comfortable with the options I chose.   Manny thanks to everyone at this location. The staff there is knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s such a pleasure every time I go in. Store manager Steve and his amazing team make each visit a great one, I highly recommend this store for your cash needs. Thank you guys 😀😀👍👍

  What a joke this store is. The manager was making up hus iwn Californian state rules and laws pertaining to title loans He refused to call his manager which i was told by a higher up at check.into cash they have too call. He wasted almost 2 hours of my time went through the entire process and than refused to give me the loan because he wouldnt take a letter from aomeone who pays me each month. He said he would when i called to check before driving over an hour from the mountains.Steven at the Yucaipa store. He wants to be a "SHOT CALLER" A "BIG MANAGER" He even told me that. It was against California law to take a letter as proof of income. Its not a law Steven! I went to another check into cash and they were amazing & awesome and i got my title loan! Steven is an idiot. Redlands store on Orange those girls rock.

  The workers at this check into cash were very efficient and friendly. They held down a nice convo which you really don’t get any more and they were very knowledgeable

  Everyone in there is so helpful. Ann and Ashley deliver fast great service and are very sweet and beautiful despite being a Cowboys fan. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone
