  Monroe Check Into Cash is such an awesome store. The manager Dricka is very professional and nice. When I go in she is always busy but she manages to help me in a timely manner every time. I love her spirit. She's just awesome.

  Profiency, Professionalism, Courteous,Fast friendly service are some of the terms I would use to describe my experience with the check into cash location in Monroe with Ms. Jackson. Ms. Jackson was kind and polite and took the time to answer all my questions while multi tasking and still offering expedient service to me!! Kudos to Ms. Jackson on excellent , noteworthy, quality customer service done professionally and with a smile!!

  I went into the Location on Louisville, and The Lady over the store , Ms Jackson, was so Helpful. She smiles, and takes her time with the Customers. If there’s someone who doesn’t understand the paperwork, Ms Jackson takes time to explain. She was by herself, but worked between customers and the Phone Lines...Very Professional .

  I went into the location in Monroe, LA. Then staff was wonderful! Every time I go in, I get fast, friendly, and professional services. Very nice people. I will continue to do business with them.

  heck into Cash will approve a title loan very quickly , then you're caughr up into this vicious cycle of interest , In our case we've paid over $3 grand on a $1,000 loan , finally we are trying to arrange a pay off and ask if they would consider a lesser pay off , it's been a week and no answer , their chain of command will approve your loan in minutes but is in no hurry to settle like any other reasonable loan company . They don't want a pay off , They want more interest . Avoid this place at all cost My opinion doesn't reflect the employees of the Monroe branch , they're been wonderful , Their supervisors have the 2 & half year perfect payment history at their fingertips and yet they Do not care about your situation ! I'll Never Do business with them again !
