  I have been cashing money orders with Check Into Cash for over a year and have been paying a check cashing fee of $12.50, that in it's self is ridiculous...I go in today and was told they are under a "New System" and to cash the money order would be a 10% fee which would be $25.00!! What!?!?! That is highway robbery! And people wonder why our nation is in inflation! It's because of greedy people like this!!! Shame on you!

  Never in my life had so much trouble to make a payment. You can't pay early, you can't pay over the phone . Finally make it up here to make a payment 3 people working only taking one customer at a time . Starting to think they don't want you to make a payment. Never use again.

  PLEASE READ!!!!!! If I could give the review negative stars I would. To be clear here I’m not reviewing the company as a whole, I’m leaving this review because of the individual workers at this particular store. If you don’t want to read this entire review then the quick answer I’ll give you is DO NOT get a title loan from this business! Or at least don’t get it from this location specifically. I requested a title loan from this Check Into Cash and I chose the $600 loan amount. So I was accepting that my payments every month were going to be about $90 and after interest and everything else, the full amount that I would owe back would be a little over $800 and I fully understood and accepted that. However, a VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL THAT THE WORKER LEFT OUT when I received the title loan was that the $90 payments every month would NOT be put towards paying off my loan. Those payments were simply allowing me another 30 days to pay again! So if I wanted to pay anything towards the actual debt, then I needed to pay MORE than $90 per month! When I found this out it was already six months into “trying” to pay this loan off. The reason I’m leaving this review is because if I would’ve been told that information when I initially got the loan I would’ve decided not to get it. That’s why I’m so angry because I was lied to! And if you’re thinking well it’s more of an omission than a lie. Nope. The woman who gave me the loan told me that as long as I made my $90 payments it would be paid off in approximately 8 or 9 months. And after doing the math, that would be true but the problem is that she was actively lying to my face! So now almost two years later, I’ve finally paid it off. And now I’m just waiting for my title to come in the mail because, of course, they lied to me about that too! They couldn’t even give it to me after I paid it off because they send it back to the DMV and they hold it until you pay it off. Needless to say, not only am I never using this business again. But every single person I meet now, I tell them this story and I make sure they understand what they will go through if they make the mistake of doing business with Check Into Cash! Sorry about the long post but I hope it stops everyone from wasting their time with this company!
