  This place is a joke. Went in to cash a money order because the bankruptcy attorney I got it for did not end up needing it. This was the 9th (IM NOT EXAGGERATING) place I went to. For some reason it’s impossible to cash a money order without a physical branch of a bank (I have an online bank). I am beyond frustrated so walking into this place and the man being beyond rude and having no customer service skills was the last straw. What happened to kindness? He tells me he wont cash it, I say won’t because he could have, because it’s a “company policy”. What a joke. Why is this place even there?

  For those curious about gift card exchange, they pay 50% of card value. Pretty weak when you can get close to 90% online for the big ones. (Best Buy, Wal-Mart, etc) Not an indictment of this particular location as I assume it is nationwide policy.

  These negative reviews are false and should be overlooked. The staff here has ALWAYS been very helpful and has made sure I am taken care of. I would highly recommend this location over other loan services any day of the week.

  Absolutely horrible. 45 minutes to cash a check. My fee was a lot he didn't tell me and told me if I left now I'd have no choice but to come back here for my cash because it will show already cashed.

  Racist employees refuse to give me my Western Union pick up after showing 2 ID”s and asking if I was born in USA and made copy’s of my ID”s went to another location and had no trouble getting my money and no racist questions
