  The customer service representatives are always extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and they keep the facility neat and clean.

  Went today to renew my loan. Hours on the door say they are open until 3:00. I got there at 2:20 and the door was locked. There was an employee inside. He did nothing while 4 other people camp up to the door while I was on the phone with customer service. Someone called while they were outside the door and the employee answered the phone and said his manager told him to close early. Now I have to leave work on Monday to go take care of this since they refused to open the door during their business hours today.

  This place is trash. The space they take up could be used by literally anyone else and it would make the street corner much more lively. Wouldn't cash a check from my mom because it was too "high risk" because my mom was giving me money for no reason. Then I was late to work because they took forever. Literal garbage, this company.
