  Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. Sam and her staff not only goes above and beyond to make your experience a pleasurable one they also genuinely care about all of their customers. There’s not many businesses that know you by first name the minute you walk in the door, but that’s the kind of customer service you get here. 10/10 recommend them for all your loan needs!

  I had an unexpected emergency. I called several places with no sure response. Then I called Western Shamrock. They had most everything done over the phone before I could get there. Samantha and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. It was a quick and stress free process. I will use them often when something unexpected happens. Thank you Samantha.

  Melissa B. Was fantastic! Always so helpful and makes my day brighter every time I come in with her million dollar smile. Before she was there the staff was so rude and never helpful but since Melissa’s has worked there I haven’t had any issues AT ALL. I highly recommended getting a loan at western shamrock!

  Samantha is so rude its unreal . the people that use to work there before where amazing. But now that she work's there i will never. Go back she is horrible at her job and needs to learn customer service skills. Not only was she making rude comments towards me while i was paying off my loan . But lies to customers saying she can't take a payments over the phone is just wow. The company went down the drain now that she's working. There . She left some rude massages on my phone as well and when i asked why she's so rude . All she could say is . Im always telling my kids to be quiet when she calls. She needs a new job ..

  They are easy to work with and last time I couldn't pay bc I get paid at end of month they said they can wait tI'll my pay day . Also one other time I wasnt able to pay the refinanced my payment so I wouldn't have to pay till the following month . Great place honestly. They also work with u to help your credit my credit jumped 11points since I was with them.
