  I went in and cash a $7845 check and told me they were going too charge me $784 too cash my check. I find it exaggerating they going too charge me 10% of the check went else where and only chard 1.5% to cash it. Worst place ever don't go here unless you want too be robbed.

  Will always come back to do business. Even with just a payday loan. Customer service is amazing and even if you need any help they are always there to help. Truly recommend this facility to everyone I know in the area. Also Diana is amazing! I am very happy I followed her to this spot when she moved from the Pacifica spot. Thank you for everything!

  I really appreciate Mrs Dianna today. She went over and above for me. Never gave up to assist . Even though my situation was out of the normal she didn't push me off like I have experienced at another store. Where if the representative from Vallejo would have took time to see my paper work then it would've made my day better. I had the worst day the other day and was very stressed out. Alot of people are going through alot during this pandemic and it means the world when you come across someone who has been through real life experiences and can relate. It makes going through things alot easier I really appreciate her. I loved the way she would laugh and make conversations with me even though it took alot longr for my situation. But with her willingness it made my day alot better even less stress for me. Thank you Mrs Dianna. You are definitely a example of customer service at it best 👏

  I would like to take the time to say thank you for your great service to Luis Aguilar and to his team. For the past year after my divorce, I’ve been using their service and service was always great. I recently moved to another city which is few hours away, and this location deserves recognition.

  If you need a great services come here!!.. I've been coming here for a few years and there have been many different faces but Kara runs the store now and she is fabulous. She really helped me when I needed it and is super sweet. I've never had an issue and neither has my husband since we've been coming here. She really goes out of her way to help her customers. I definitely recommend this place for loans and other services.

  I'm changing my review thanks to the awesome service that we get from Monta, she is very professional and has definitely turned that place around. Also I would like to to mention the new guy Eric, he has that same professionalism as Monta and I'm very glad that we have them working there.

  I have gone to this Check into Cash, and I have always been treated kindly. From the Black Girl to the Chubby. Well there's two of them big guys now, and they are nice. Either way, I never have a problem cashing my check.

  I go here to send money to Peru. Luis Aguilar is very attentive and helpful, makes me feel comfortable about using this place to send money. Not had any issues.

  It is Saturday 8/20/2016 and it is about 1:09pm and there is NO ONE in the store at this time. The store is actually closed, but states online and at the store their business hours for Saturday is 10am to 3pm. There is no one inside and we have waited 30 minutes and still no one has showed up. This is extremely upsetting and it is wasting our time. I hope the person who is irresponsible and cannot show up to work on time or open a store does receive disciplinary action. The corporate has been contacted at this point, a mountain view location has been contacted at this point and now their district manager is aware. As soon as I take care of my loan here I do not wish to use their services any longer.
