Mia is especially deserving of this praise, she really went the extra mile and made the whole experience go from an annoying errand to an enjoyable trip. Highly recommend this location!   Stopped by to pick up a birthday gift from Western Union. Employee’s attitude and stupidity are ridiculous! Agree with the previous review: no common sense! Left without the funds because my inner peace is more important than dealing with someone else’s life drama. There are many WU locations around with the proper customer service.

  The staff is very friendly, professional and amazing. Customer Service rep D. is very knowledgeable and regardless of how busy it is or how many customers she has to attend, she always demonstrates a friendly and professional demeanor. Their customer service is an A-1.

  I like this location in Alameda Ca the customer service is very nice. The young lady by the name of Venus she’s very helpful I recommend this location because wiring money is quick and easy know hassle or long lines

  Extremely unprofessional, they didn't have the right equipment and made me wait 8 minutes while they were teaching someone how to use the machine that wasn't in working order and gave me another location that doesn't even cash checks.

  I go into check into cash all the time to do western union the ladies there are so wonderful and helpful.

  These people are liars. I was told my payment would process one day and it was processed a day earlier causing fees and the payment to bounce. They are trying to make more in fees by being shady like this.
