  The nicest lady. She even helped me by staying a few minutes later as for I showed up 4 minutes before closing. She gave me her name but for there of me can't remember it. She is in her 40's maybe and a little bit of accent redish brown kinda curly hair. I thought it was Dora or something on those lines. She was the best. I will refer anyone to that location for sure. The place is clean too.

  My name is Alexandra and my boyfriend and I needed funds for a trip as fast as possible! Meagan was just wonderful and understanding! She was amazingly kind! You don’t really see that now a days. She was quick and fast as well. I borrowed 400 and paid back 450 after a week on time and I’m planning to use her services again on the next trip. It’s a quick and easy way to get cash and build your credit as well! Make sure you currently live in Iowa and have an Iowa license! They do check your credit as well but it only takes about 10-15 min or less to finish the process with her. She’s so hard working and Friday’s are tough. I’m glad to have worked with her over anyone else! Also I feel as though she’s under paid and is being cheated out of her profits. But life isn’t fair I just hope the company she works for sees that they are cheating their employees, and decide to make a change about it. Besides that thank you Meagan =^.^=

  I was at Check Into Cash earlier today for my dad’s business, Jermaine’s Hauling, and the manager, Todd, was super kind and great to talk to. Overall a great atmosphere with pleasant people to be around. Another perk - they had Halloween candy to snack on! Would recommend this place to others!

  If I could give them a 0 I would... I set up the payment plan an they ran my check causing my bank to over draft cause they lost the papers and I Have to take my copy back to them so they can take a copy of it for there records...... seriously never again I thought I could trust them but nope guess you can’t... they said they will go back to the bank an have them re deposit it to my account.. asked if they can do that. They said yes I’m a good customer with them... so we will see if that happen... worst place ever...

  Okay, so first I would give this location no stars if that were a possibility, which it is not. I have been a customer of check Into Cash sporadically for 15 plus years primarily at the University location in Des Moines. I guess about two years ago Check Into Cash corporate instituted a policy of hard credit checks to complete pay day loans. Now they will tell you only the first check is a hard check however I personally can tell you from experience this is not factual. My husbands credit report was torn apart because of multiple hard inquiries from these so called “soft” checks. The lady who worked at the Ankeny store on 04/17/2018 informed me that this is because Check Into Cash is looking for a better clientele. A clientele that actually pays their bills. Hmmmm... I think Check Into Cash needs to hire better employees. Maybe not practice such predatory lending practices. If my husband and I have paid them off multiple times m, obviously we do pay our bills & I resented the implication. Basically I don’t suggest anyone use Check Into Cash for anything just based on this practice alone!!

  This place is horrible. And I know it is of no fault to the staff working there, but I actually had to leave the store because they could not "get online" so I could get a money order.

  Wish there was a 0 star to give this store Todd IS RUDE talks to people w 0 respect and Heather don't care she's heard him talk to people like that on phone AND in store its absolutely ridiculous when there's 2 other pd loan places within a block go to one of them instead TRUST ME
