      The lady clearly had no idea what she was doing in verifying a check… it took two visits and a lot of leg work on my behalf because she didn’t know what she was doing. Her customer service was truly awful, and when I told her that her customer service was lacking… she told me I can go elsewhere anytime I’d like to… I don’t know who owns this place, or who runs it… but dear god what an abysmally run business
