  Even though I didn’t get approved the customer service was the best I have probably ever received. The manager there was the sweetest girl ever. Asked me how my day was and how my holidays were. It’s very rare now a days to get treated like that especially in a small loan office.

  Everyone at check into cash has always been extremely professional and easy to work with. I have only had 1 problem with the staff and that isn't too bad for the several years I have been a customer. They have been there when I need them and for that I thank them.

  They couldnt even tell me if they could even cash a check! They had 2 hours until closing and she had 1 check and said there may not be time. The shorter heavier set lady is rude and stupid. Dont go here for anything

  0 stars ! They go into your bank account without verification and sent me to collections during a pandemic a day global crisis. Yet stil are trying to take money from me !!!!!
