  Great place to get your taxes done! All the staff my husband and I talked to were so friendly and welcoming. If we had any questions they answered them quickly and confidently. Not to mention they got us a really good tax return! Will definitely be returning in the future!

  This is a great place to cash out checks, the agents are kind and friendly. They are professional in their work. I recommend this office in any office in salt lake.

  For about a month, I was trying to receive a refund for wired money I had sent via a third company. I went back and forth for weeks talking with customer service agents, store manager at other businesses, etc. Finally, someone suggested I try Check City, because they specialized in wiring money, loans, etc. After empathetically listening to me, the customer service agent, Hillary at Check City in Herriman, was able to refund my money in less than 2 minutes. I was totally floored. At other businesses, I spent up to 25 minutes trying to find a solution, without even being refunded. Thank you so much Hillary for your responsiveness and professionalism and thank you Check City.

  Is very stupid that a chance a money transfer. You need more that 3 ID, incluyes the SS card, Passport and Driver license and still no pay the money transfer, because you need more ID’s. This branch the man work there is inefficient !

Check City is a wire transfer agent for Western Union and we follow their identification requirements which are usually straight forward. Western Union typically only requires a non-expired, government issued ID, however on certain transactions they may require a second form of ID and depending on the type of passport there may be some restrictions. Please call Western Union at 800-325-6000 for more information about what identification requirements they have for your specific transaction.   I love the fact that The loan place allows me to have multiple loans for multiple emergencies. You may never know what the earth throws at you on tough times.   I love check city. They have amazing customer service. Payment options are very flexible and there are so many different ways to make payments. The convenience is awesome. I would definitely recomend these guys to anyone in need of a loan.

  I've been doing business with check City for several years now and i've been very impressed with the way Check City does business. I've had title loans, payday loans and several installmant loans. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have always worked with me repaying my loan, appling for a new loan or making recommendations on how I can better use their services to make it better for my needs at the time. I'm a life time customer base on my future needs as they arise. Thank you for being there for me.

  Always great customer service. Rates and payment options are clearly explained up front. Any questions will be answered by a knowledgeable staff. It's easy to pay online, over the phone, in store, or through the drive-thru, which is available at the location near me. So why not a 5 star rating? Everyone needs something to strive for. :)
