  Poor Service They ask you to bring in a statement, current paystub, and a check. But they will not allow you to print it at their office. Why wouldn't you have the courtesy to allow your potential customers to print documents on a printer that's right THERE in the lobby? Made me walk right out and go to another payday agency. They're not polite, and are not happy to answer questions. It's almost like the staff prefers turning away customers so they don't have to do their job. Not pleased, I'll never consider this place as a payday option and no one else should either if you read their reviews.

  Our computers are on a private network, if we allowed you to use a computer here at our place of business then we would be putting MANY other people's private information at risk. Please understand that we do this for security reasons and not to be the bad guy.

  I really wish I could leave no stars. This place is very very Very Racist. I have never had a loan place look at my bank statement nor be asked about different transactions on the statement....She was looking for any reason to deny the loan when all she had to say was no because we don't loan to your kind.....Please don't cont. doing business with a place like this

  The staff is rude she's makes people stay outside and they look up people at other pay day loans

  We are very sorry that you feel your experience was less than expected. Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 crisis and the need to ensure our staff and customers safety we have asked that all customers remain inside their vehicle and we will provide our services directly to them. As for "looking up people at other payday loans" all payday advance companies report to the same service to obtain information on applicants and current clients, it is well known that many payday advance company have policies prohibiting multiple loans and/or loans that exceed the recommended debt to income ratio set by the company. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future to better suit the situation.
