I always have great service here. The manager is so nice and helpful and one of the tellers I particular. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. The speed is alright, they usually only have one teller when I go in but the manager hops on to help. They've helped me with a couple of different things. I've been banking here for about 1-2 years. Wish I had started as soon as I moved to San Antonio. The only downside with this company is I can't get transferring money to another account online resolved and I have to go in.

Love this branch. The manager Robert is awesome and Andi is great at what he does. The sweet tellers. My favorite is Maribel. She is always ready to help with a smile on her face. I think I am yet to come accross a faster teller. She is super fast. Thank you all that you do for us.

BBVA is a terrible bank for businesses. They do not value their consumers at all, particularly their business consumers. My bank account was hacked by someone purporting to be a credit card company. Even though the bank recognized it was fraudulent, they would not refund the money stolen from me. They said that as a business consumer, I only have 24 hours to report the theft, because the money was supposedly stolen by a credit card company. The company that hacked me and stole my money is FAKE. So, a company doesn't exist, but because BBVA views it as an ACH transaction, I only have 24 hours to report it. If you want to be treated respectfully, don't bank with BBVA. They don't care when your money is stolen. They won't do anything to protect you from future hacking. Instead of refunding me my money and keep me as a consumer, they decide to see me go as a customer. I am closing all my accounts with this terrible bank. BBVA is the worst!

Great staff at this location. James and Kiana were very helpful in setting up a checking account with BBVA. They were very courteous and friendly, and made the process extremely easy. They set up everything for me, and showed me how to use the mobile app. I'm so glad I've started banking with BBVA!

Great staff and service! Everyone from the tellers to the Manager made me feel very welcome and at ease and they all were extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist their customers banking needs! I would certainly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a banking staff that truly makes every customer's financial needs priority number one!

A VERY untrustworthy location I have been STOLEN from with no explanation. PICTURES OF RECEIPT INCLUDED IN THE LOCATION PHOTOS. I never make my auto loan payments here, I always go to the location on US -281. I went to make a payment on November 8th for $266.00 in their drive thru. The teller at the window took my money and walked away before I could tell her it was for an Auto Loan payment. A different teller comes to the window to tell me the can't deposit and I tell her that it's for a Auto Loan payment. The initial teller comes back and re-confirms this with me. I get the receipt and drive away. Somethings tells me to check the receipt and I notice it $261.00 so now I'm peeved. I call and have to go back and between the two women explaining that I counted my money before sending it up. Finally they say they will balance all drawers and get back to me. They call me later and say EVERYTHING is balanced and I only gave them $261.00. So now I am agitated and tell them to check pockets because I know what I gave them then they say a manager will call me. The manager promises to investigate and check back with me the next day. Then Nov 9th. he calls and leaves a voicemail with an update in my case. I tried to call back and a teller tells me the manager escalated my case for a refund. So guess what ? They or she DID STEAL and LIED to me TWICE about it. Now they have credited me back $5.00 WITH NO EXPLANATION as to why, my money was unaccounted for in the first place. Moral of the story is COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU DEPOSIT or you will be taken advantage of!

I should’ve listened to the reviews before I signed up with this bank they have overdrafted me TWICE but in my mobile app account it shows I have money but I will get a email saying I’m overdrawn when does it take 6 days to process a payment ??? It shouldn’t & to start I signed up for an account at the end of February (23rd) & I didn’t receive a debit card until the middle of March (17) making it hard to get my direct deposit I swear I am cutting up my card & closing my account after I pay the 148 dollar sum it overdrafted me !!!! Fix your payment processing BBVA you’re losing customers stop ripping us off to make more money

If you have to do business inside a bank on a regular basis, then this Compass location is the place to visit. They know banking and customer service, and as a team are better trained than most.

I have been a client there for five years now and they have helped me with a number of projects. Robert and the others work hard to help. Good customer service!
