Katie Rios5Had the pleasure of being assigned to Lizann and she was so very helpful. I called the 800 number for a issue with ATM fees and was shut down by one of the branches supervisors. Upset and frustrated, I called the corporate office to explain my frustration and to ultimately close my account after 16 years. Not only for just atm fees but a combination of multiple issues not being resolved. Lizann was spectacular and made me feel that I mattered. She resolved the issue and completely changed my outlook with Firstmark. Thank you Lizann for giving the upmost customer service.

Cody Bell5I haven't had access to my online banking info for what seemed like FOREVER! Tried to reset it multiple times with other staff but it never seemed to work out. Gave it one more shot before closing my account and Linda had me out of there in 10 min with everything I needed to have full control of my online banking! Go see her if you're in a jam! vzfp5Recently applied for a home equity loan. Throughout the process, I was in constant contact with the closing officer Jackie R. She answered several questions and provided additional information. We emailed and texted each other. On the day we closed the loan, Jackie was meticulous in the explaining the required paperwork even though thus was not our first HE loan. She went above and beyond the needed explanation which showed the care that FMCU shows to its customers. People like Jackie are few in this business and we were blessed to have her on our side. We were completely satisfied with the closing process. I strongly recommend FMCU for your banking business and Jackie for your HE loan.

Tammy Smertneck1This has to be the worst bank ever I wish I would have never refinanced my car with them I should have noticed all the signs in the beginning such as the wrong paper work was given to me then they try to hold it against me , REALLY you are the one that gave it to me they had me coming in at a certain time and no one knew about it so i had to wait forever , They had none of my information nothing then after everything is said and done my first payment wasn't due until the next month and they are calling me the next 2 days asking where my payment is at !!!!!!! WOW I could not believe it and when they call your phone they never leave a name they say Please call first mark ASAP... What the hell is all that about and then when you call they ask do you know who called you ? I get so pissed off at these people they are rude and very unprofessional and if anyone writes a good review on them i promise you the bank is paying them to do so. I will never refer this place to anyone It's the worst bank ever and not just this one but ALL THE FIRST MARKS ARE !!!!!!!!

Marc G1Invest your money elsewhere. This Bank does not have your best interest in mind. Worst customer service. Will not hesitate to tag your credit multiple times before finally calling to ask if you would like to make a payment. Don't waste your time with this Bank you will be pulling your hair out if you do.

Wayne Thomas3I would give Firstmark 5 Stars but management is taking it down. They currently promote a cash back debit card that rips off merchants. Before that they installed Coinstar type coin counting machines in their branches that charges for a core service of banks (ie the counting of money). In recent years they have started encouraging irresponsible financial behavior by members and have begun to act more like a predatory bank than an institution intended to promote sensible money handling habits.

T Toka5Never had no issue. But they need to get it together. Their new location off North 1604 loop & 281 is closed on Saturdays... this probably won't work for many....
