  Stephanie and her team were great throughout the lending process. We worked very closely with Stephanie and Mekisha. They were very quick in their responses and even helped us get a few things we needed over the weekend due to time constraints. As a first time home buyer I was very lost with the whole process but Stephanie called us and explained everything step by step. Mekisha kept us on track with paperwork that needed to be sent in to ensure there were no delays with closing. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for financing needs in the future.

  SFM treats you like family and they guide you through the process with care, professionalism and prudent advice. Elizabeth Hoyle is a standout and very detailed and strategic when guiding you through the process. Buying a home is typically stressful, bit, with Liz Hoyle and the SFM team they make you feel like they're in it with you and they are. While our purchase turned out like we hoped, even if it didnt, I would still rate SFM a five star because of the way in which they communicated, advised and made us feel loved. I can't recommend them enough!
