  Had great customer service with our home mortgage consultant, Robert Ma. Robert was promptly responsive to my e-mails/calls. He was also able to offer us the best rate. His 10+ years of mortgage experience is evident and big thanks to his team for a very quick closing deadline. Highly recommended to my friends and family!

  BEWARE. Someone in THAT bank is taking deposits and pocketing the money and getting away with it. I opened my first checking and credit line with them and was asked to make a $300 deposit for the credit line I'd get it back if I left Wells Fargo. Flashback years later and I discovered I was never supposed to leave a deposit for that type of card in the first place. This was my first bank, I was inexperienced and whoever works there took advantage of that. Since I had no 'proof' and the person obviously did not write down that they took a $300 deposit for card that doesn't require it, I was not reimbursed. And then imagine my mother's concern when she heard because guess what? She ALSO had been asked to make a $300 deposit and will you look at that? No 'proof'. No written record of any deposit.

  Directed to this branch because it was closest to my final destination. I'm super jealous that a branch such as this exists so far from my normal stomping grounds. Friendly staff, ample parking and a freaking Starbucks in the same building! I don't know who designed this place but they deserve to take a victory lap.

  I’m a business customer of this branch for the last few months. I’ve been helped many times by teller David Altamirano. I’m always impressed by his efficient service, and friendly demeanor. I look forward to being a long time customer at this branch, especially because of the great experience I have each time I’m helped by David! I want to let management know what a great asset, and ambassador you have in this very professional man!

  I called to ask to come in to do a wire transfer and Keith told me I would be turned away at the door because they were too busy. Unprofessional and rude. You cannot tell me I cannot come to my bank to move my funds.

  The entire team have treated me like family since Day One, Minute One, and when other banks ask me if I'd like to open an account, what can I do but chortle up my sleeve? Honestly: the best of the best!
