Christopher Charles1Terrible service. Went in to open a saving a account and they wouldn’t help me because they had appointment starting in 40 minutes. They guy was in the back corner office and refused to help after the teller came and asked him to help us. After such bad service at chase locations in general, this being the last chance I’m closing all my accounts including my credit cards and going to a bank that bothers to help me when I try to open a savings account and effectively lend them money for free.

ducktape1I had an appointment with Patience Moore and her customer service was awful. She told me that she would call for the appointment, but she never did so I decided to go to Chase to see what is going on with my account. When I showed up, she said that she didn't call because there was nothing wrong with the account. I've been checking my account hourly, and my account has yet to be cleared. I tried to explain that to her, but she said instead of complaining to her, I should try talking to someone else. She was not only incredibly rude, but she also did not call for the appointment that I scheduled and instead of doing her job she told me to go talk to someone else. She acted like there was nothing that she could do about it, but when I went to a different Chase bank they were able to resolve the issue immediately.

Ang Estrada5The staff at this Chase branch is fantastic! I have been thoroughly impressed with their attentive, friendly, competent service. They really went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued client. I was specifically impressed with Connie, Todd and Johnny. Connie went out of her way to provide excellent service and build a lasting relationship. I was impressed that she remembered me and called me by my name on my next visit. This team is certainly gaining a long time Chase client.

michael stults1At first I was very appreciative of the branch letting me get some paperwork notarized. While we were in there we talked to Bobby about possibly moving some investment money over and getting a credit card. I told Bobby that I'd think it over. He asked if he needed to follow up and I told him not to, because I'd follow up with him when I was ready. 2 weeks later he called me wanting to follow up. Then 2 weeks after that. Then 2 days ago. I nicely told him that when we originally spoke that I told him I'd reach out to him, but he's now reached out to me multiple times and I'd appreciate it of he stopped calling. He got defensive and told me I should have answered my emails and clicked the button that said I wasn't interested...I never got them, or they were in my spam. Then he hung up. Not professional and would have lost my business had I not already got a credit card and account with them. Hope someone there reads this and corrects that issue. If not, you've been warned. You can tell them not to call, but they'll call anyway.

Sefardi 181The worst bank I have ever worked with. Chase will Do nothing to assist their clients in any matter outside of taking their money. All of their customer support are rude foreign call centers with poor english skills. If you ever have an issue with a wire or otherwise Chase will absolutely do nothing for you even though they have FDIC insurance for exactly that reason. Avoid Chase at all costs if you do substantial transactions frequently.

Kazeka Muniz1Well were to start 1) a bit ago one of their employees(a guy) asked me to get drinks, first I don’t drink am a man n I like woman period. 2) we have a business account n me n my partner have tried 4x to open a savings account together with our business, well 4 times they CANT help us A) Bc we didn’t make n appointment B) Bc we got there around 1730 before they closed which is around 1800. Not understanding that’s the only time during the week we can go there together. Today I went there n I asked if was possible to open the savings account, the guy yield from his desk am living in 9 min I can’t do it. So customer service doesn’t exist at this location. Am not saying they’re not friendly, they just CANT never help.

Sandy M5I have started the process of divorcing myself from USAA (due to sheer ineptitude after the theft of my wallet) and opened accounts with Chase Bank today. I was very leery of the terrible google reviews for all Chase Bank branch locations within Colorado Springs. I did not want to get more hassles from this bank, after what I just went through with USAA. On a whim, I looked at the Castle Rock locations. There were 2 of them. The older location had the terrible reviews like the C Springs locations, but the newer location by the outlet malls had 1 review that was 5 out of 5 stars. Three people were mentioned by name in the review as being very helpful (Todd, Johnny, and Connie). Hmm, I decided I could drive up there and open the accounts. I called last Thursday to schedule an appointment, hoping to meet on Sat morning since I work during the week. The three people were not working on Sat. So, I decided to wait until Mon morning and take some time off work to do this. My meeting with Todd was set up for 9 am. I received a call back from Todd later that day, and he suggested that we meet at the Chase location on Baptist in Monument, so that I didn't have to drive to Castle Rock. Todd also lives in Monument. Todd talked to his manager Connie, and she approved the plan. Today was the appointment. Todd greeted me at the door, and we went into the bank. Todd talked briefly with the manager, who told him to use his desk. Todd went through the checklist of opening the accounts, and in the end everything was set up perfectly. A++ customer service !!! Thanks, Todd!! On a side note, the manager of the Baptist branch never came over to check on us, or to introduce himself to me. I believe they were short-staffed today, but I figured he/she could come over and say hi for just a minute. SO, if you are thinking about switching banks to have the instant text alerts for all your credit/debit cards, call the new Castle Rock branch and set up an appointment with Todd, Johnny, or Connie. These are the 3 individuals who had the great review before my dealings, and if Johnny and Connie are even half as customer-oriented as Todd was, they have probably the best Chase branch in the state.

Christopher Campeggi5Connie was the absolute best. She helped us combine our accounts, upgrade and manage our credit card accounts, and transfer 401k. She truly is fantastic
