  Had an awesome unusual phone call today on April 11 2022, I had a bank representative call me while I was at work and they called to apologize for the long wait at the drive-through while making a deposit on Friday, April 8th ,, that was very nice of the bank representative to call me during my business hours to apologize, most banks or facilities would never do that, and they can care less what a simple time he made to contact me meant a lot….. As a Chase customer for almost 20 years I really appreciate that and always will be a loyal customer I would recommend this facility to do any bank transactions or loans … Thank you ..

  Good location not far from the highway or major roads. Long line but went incredibly fast. Malisa was very helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me very quickly and was kind. There is also a greeter at the door to make you feel welcomed.

  Horrible customer service. I have multiple accounts with Chase. I came into this branch to take my name off of one of them that is a joint account. Without going into details I am simply uncomfortable with the other person’s financial deviations. The branch manager told me “it is going to take one of these two people (*points at two employees), and they are booked all day. So, you can just sit and wait and hope one of their customer’s don’t show up”. I guess the manager himself couldn’t be bothered to take the 5-10 minutes it takes to handle this. Maybe it is beneath him. Not that I mind waiting, but “sit and wait all day and hope someone else doesn’t show up” is one of the most dismissive attitudes I have ever heard from a bank. Much less a branch manager. I honestly can’t believe this branch is so understaffed and rude.

  I come here everyday, at different times, but most always the lines are long. Their branch manager (in blue suit) cracks silly jokes with customers waiting in line, some of them are extremely offensive and crude, bet he probably doesn't realize that. If they genuinely care for their customers and are listening, then move the ATM machines elsewhere (may be to the left side by the cubicles) and open up additional teller stations to ease the lines during peak hours. Also the 2 ATMs in the lobby are so close to each other and facing the people behind (virtually no privacy). The people in cubicles be cross trained to handle teller roles, since I noticed that most of the time they have no one at the cubicle being assisted and they are so very relaxed and comfy while the tellers are working fast and often overwhelmed and stressed out. The 2 stars is because of the hard work put in by the tellers or I would give this bank zero stars.

  If I could give this branch zero stars I would! The customer service and branch manager are absolutely the worst! They will steal your money and blame it on "policy". They will inconvenience you by only having two tellers working at the counter during the busiest time of the day! What terrible management do they have running this location? I know Chase is terrible but for crying out loud they are the worst here! Never go to this location!

  I always look forward to visiting my local Chase branch because I consider the staff here to be friends and they treat me like family. This is a very busy branch, yet the staff seem to personally know all of their regular customers. The branch manager leads by example in how he interacts with his customers and his team. You can tell the team enjoys working here by how they treat you! Thanks Chase family!

  Went all the way and got in the line, one person, a rude lady was taking care of all customers. By the time my turn came, she said do you have an appointment , I said no, then she said we are very busy, i said I just need the wire transfer, then she called the manger he really ignored me, it’s looks like they are gonna be most affected with COVID. anyway they didn’t help me out. I left to a different location and they did it within 10 minutes. Stupid staff and rude manager.

  Customer Service: excellent The staff, especially the manager at this branch goes above and beyond to welcoming you in, servicing you, and ensuring you walk out satisfied with your needs met. No matter how much money your depositing, you're treated as if you're valuable, and this is what keeps me coming to this branch. I pass 4 branches to come to this Euless location. So if you decide to open up a new account or just want a piece of mind when you are banking, become a member of chase at this particular location.

  I have been to this location a couple of times already. This branch has the absolute best staff ever! Everyone is always kind, respectable, and put the customers first. I live 30 minutes away but I specifically drive to this location due to the good customer service.

  Been in drive thru line behind a car over 10 minutes, now I'm at the intercom and I've been here OVER 10 minutes. I asked the tell what the hold up was but I don't even think he could tell me the color of the sky.. Thankfully this is s not my local branch but I'm just passing through
