  Just want to say this First Cash is good to me everytime I come in their very friendly and have lots of choices weather it's electronics jewels or tools. Not sure what all the bad reviews are coming from maybe whatever you your trying to sell is not worth much. Keep up the good work FCP Euless.

  Very rude staff! This lady Named Anayeli or Nayel! She always is very rude ! I simply ask what will be the best price and she yelled out I was a set price ! She wasn’t even helping me! Never coming back here ! They act like they are the only Pawn Shop in town!

  The first time we went in, the manager was very rude about the objects we we're trying to sell and offered a set amount if in working order. One object he couldn't work and told us he would give said set amount if we came back with it working. So, we come back a couple days later only to be told that he would've never set that price. The worker we dealt with was considerate, yet the manager was inconsistent and harsh when it was over less than $20. Have fun with the $5 you saved and the fewer customers who browse your business, due to your managers unprofessional attitude towards customers.

  I got the best service and prices when I pawn my tv.they are the friendly&nice. people I'm ever met. They gave a fair price for my tv when I pawn it.i don't know why people gave a bad review of the pawn shop. It's reasonable prices&are fair on pawning stuff.after all they got to make money in the pawn shop.

  I come here all the time. Marco is great! And the manager always greets my husband and I when we come in. Best pawn shop in the area!

  Still rude and they lie to your face. I gave them an extra star because they are better than their sister store in Hurst. I got what I needed and left good riddance and I will not be returning for more business

  The first time I sold something to them they was great, then the second time the assoc. was very rude. What I thought she was giving me for the merchandise I was trying to sell, was way off, the rate that it wAs selling for was way more than she gave me for my merchandise, I think I will have to find another place!!!!!

  I pawned jewelry and got it back broken. They would only give me 75$ for the repair. Even though they had profited 45 on the loan. So, $30 for breaking something I have to send overseas to be repaired. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR STUFF! THEY WILL BREAK IT THEN NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE!

  Is it your policy to lock your doors at 6:30 when your hours say your open until 7:00 pm . who makes that call?
