  I’m so glad we chose Bank of England as our lender! Erin Otto was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable….but more than that, she made us feel comfortable right from the start. She and her team were very professional and made us feel like we were their only clients. We always felt like we were their top priority throughout the process. Erin made herself available to us anytime and was even accessible on weekends and evenings if necessary, which helped everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible. We were ‘warned’ by a realtor against using a “non-local” lender. But that advise couldn’t have been more wrong, and I’m glad we didn’t listen. Our experience with BoE was, in a word, outstanding! The entire team dug in and worked hard to get us to the closing table and we can’t thank them enough!! It truly was a pleasure to work with them. I will recommend Erin and her team to everyone I know.

  From our first contact with BOE through a Zillow inquiry, everyone was wonderful! Erin Otto, our loan officer, couldn't have provided any better service. Erin was always responsive, informative, and patient with all my questions. We were moving to a completely different state, so we had to wait for the sale of our home amongst other things. Erin remained in contact and still made us feel like a priority even when we were in that transition period. She provided guidance every step of the way, and I do believe it is because of her that our closing went entirely as planned. This was the most smooth home buying process I had been through! I would not hesitate to use Erin again if we were to purchase another home. Highly recommend!

  From the 1st phone call Erin has been most helpful and extremely through with every little detail of any thing I could ask. If I had questions, she had answers. Made the process of buying a home and getting the loan very pleasant. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely want Erin to take care of it for me. My family and I will be moving into our new home very shortly, and if it wasn't for Erin none of this would be happening. My family and I are grateful for her time and effort she has put into this to help us build a wonderful life with our family.

  We were moving from Delaware to Indiana and had no idea what we were doing. Erin helped us every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us understand different payment options, even if they weren't feasible for us at that time. Her responses were immediate and always helpful. I highly recommend using BoE when purchasing a home.

  BOE, Erin Otto and Ken are amazing! They helped me navigate a tricky loan process due to my unique situation. Erin was available daily and always returned my calls the few times she was not able to answer directly. Erin made the loan process as easy as one could hope to expect. Any time I had a question she answered it. What I really appreciated was when I had a question that she did not know the answer to she told me that she did not know the answer and would speak with Ken, her manager. That, to me, is a hallmark of someone who is honest, always striving to become better and definitely cares about her client. I can't recommend BOE and Erin Otto enough. I also appreciate that they are local to the Tampa/Brandon area. Thank you again for helping get me in to my new home!

  First I thought she is a scam artist, then I realized Bank of England is not from England . It further increase my suspicions. Erin sent me her license certificate, I started to take her seriously. I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, she is doing much better than regular morgtage broker. She worked very hard and do above and beyond call of duty to get my mortgage approval including lots of effort from her colleague Ken. Together they moved the mountains and get my house financed and purchased. Without Erin and Ken’s effort, I do not think I can purchase my current house. I highly recommend her and Ken to anyone who is interested in getting morgtage

  Erin Otto did an amazing job awnsering all my questions. She was flexible in helping us figure out what we wanted to do. She was fast to awnser or call us back. If she diddnt know the awnser she was finding a person that would. I can't recommend her enough!
