  Was less than helpful. I called this branch thinking they would be more helpful than their automated system; they weren’t. While the teller was patient and answered my questions (the answers didn’t make sense, but she tried), I asked for a manager to call me back as I had more questions to go over. They close at 1 and it is now 1. No phone call back. This is unprofessional and I feel ignored. Heavily considering closing all my accounts with this bank and going somewhere else. 😤

  My experience here with the Associate Banker Josh Gonzalez was great. Christopher please promote him. He walked me through everything. I am loving Chase Bank!

  Today 5/24 closed and locked doors 10 min ago, well before 5:00. Very unprofessional. Even now, you should still be open. Are you still on the clock?
