  The staff were pleasant and attempted to be helpful. The company its self has limits on chasing checks drawn on an account in their bank that would make me choose a different institution. Very unhelpful.

  Worst banking experience I've EVER experienced. I was racially profiled, interrogated about the funds in my account, because we were casually dressed I felt like we we treated like uter criminals. I don't know who the banker that help us name was but he lied to us, made assumptions about our account and got our account put on hold. LUCKILY we went to a different branch and fixed our problem but because of this we will be banking at a different establishment entirely. When you make assumptions about people and get their account put on hold because of your own personal ideology, just know you set people back TIME AND MONEY!!!! If I ever get the bankers name I will be sure to report Chase and him to the CFPB directly.

  I have been banking at the the North Point branch location since it was built. I have had the pleasure of using an outstanding teller for all of that time. Thank you Lody. However, in my opinion, I have noticed a significant decline in competent employees from the manager to account assistance personnel. This branch appears to be a training ground and has considerable employee turn over. The positive news is a patron can go up to Fairwood at the Fred Meyers Chase Bank and get very inviting, knowledgeable and competent help. As a disabled Veteran I appreciated how the Fred Meyer staff were able to handle and implement the Chase Veteran's policy for a fourth checking account without any required balances or fees. Thank you Josh and Jared.

  Refused to accept my coins. Told me they have to be "rolled". I have an account here, we are told there is a change shortage, yet i cant deposit or trade in my coins. WHAT A JOKE. BEEN WANTING TO CHANGE BANKS FOR A WHILE.. THIS JUST ADDS TO THE FEELING.
