  I like coming to Chase, Katelyn branch is welcoming , friendly & is always kind & patient I like the bankers there a lot they never ever have given me anything but kindness the training must include the " give warmth", because I've been coming to this branch 7/8 years & they have always been exceptional the manager is awesome too,, it's like a savings & loan( they know your name it's personal/:professional)

  Came to the branch to see a personal banker. Their name ended up being Rylee Yakle. She stated that she knew how to help me with my request. But didn't want to walk back and forth. LITERALLY, she said that. She then sent me to the lobby to wait for another personal banker. She proclaimed that they were just as qualified, stating her reason that she just "didn't want to walk back and forth". After she sent me to the lobby, she had no one else to help or "Not help", so she disappeared to the back offices. Horrible customer service! I will never come back to this branch ever again. So weird since most chase branches are so customer service orientaded.

  I’ve had only good experiences with the tellers at this branch, I work in the parking lot and I come in to this bank everyday after work to deposit my tips, whenever there is no line I often go to the tellers to make my deposits because of the wonderful customer service they provide.

  Wonderful customer service- from the tellers to the private client specialist to the branch manager-- always helpful and welcoming.
