  Nobody wants to work at this bank, like for the last 3 years but since Covid they've taken it to another level. Always closed. It's kind of a joke. Put a McDonald's here and 2 ATMs at this point. The 'we're open when we want to be open' policy is a huge waste of people's time and extremely rude.

  Had a fabulous experience for opening a Saving Account. The staff was courteous and absolutely helpful especially Gloria who made a personal effort to make us comfortable and help us every step of the way. One of the best banking experiences I have had worldwide.

  2-STAR RECOMMENDATION: This Bank of America branch is located on Santiago Boulevard. The service could be improved. There could be more tellers ready to assist customers in lines! I would recommend going to another branch for quicker service.

  Been here a few times and every time it has taken 20+min to get through the line to the teller window. Never experience this at Chase or Wells and I go to banks frequently at many locations.

  Bank has very slow service and closes at 4:00 on fridays. Also Went there and closed for Lunch a couple of times. Plenty of Parking but now I know Why!!! I do not go there anymore but had to leave this Review

  Needed to do a wire and they took 30 minutes and then told me they there was only one person that could help me when there were five there. Terrible experience I ended up leaving and not getting it done cause I had to go. I’d give a zero if I could

  After more then 45 minutes to hear they can't send a wire (for whatever reason) is not acceptable!!
