Been with BofA for over 20 years and visited countless branches. This branch is probably THE SINGLE WORST branch. I'm absolutely shocked by the terrible service I just received.

Other Bank of Americas in the area are closed. The line is wrapped around the building. If you have the EDD card now the ATM says the is a fee. They changed the whole system. The beach of security on all unemployment cards is not acceptable. It's just ridiculous as if things aren't hard enough. I don't feel safe but I have no choice.

They have 4 automated teller machines, but if you need to do a transaction with a teller, they usually have one available. When I went last week at 3:40pm, I was the 13th person in line for the teller. It took about 25 minutes to see the teller and do my transaction. When I left, the line was still long and only one teller. This isn't the first time this has happened, it's every time. When you go, just know you'll be waiting in line.

Bank of America is the most customer hating bank I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Routinely when I have to go in, there will only be a single teller with 30+ people in line and the teller moves as slow as possible. Absolutely zero sense of urgency. I am aware that there are telephone banker ATM machines but those do not always handle what I need. It's even worse if you have the misfortune to need to call their customer service line. I routinely am told there is a 1 1/2 - 2hr wait to talk to a customer service agent. You can opt to have them call you back, but that's a 50/50 risk that they will. I was trying to close an account that they opened in my name without telling me and was told that after waiting 45 minutes to get to the teller that she couldn't close it herself and that I can either call customer service or wait for one of the 2 bankers to do it for me. I mentioned that I have tried several times to get through to customer service and that the wait times are always approaching 2 hours. She said, "Ok, you can wait for a banker to free up then but the wait time is more than 1 hour.. Next please." Absolutely not a care in the world about their customers... I went into one of my other banks today as well. Completely different experience. 8 Tellers and only about 5 people in line and very swift service. I will be closing all of my Bank of Anti-American accounts as soon as possible and move my business accounts elsewhere. Would be zero stars if I could.

10:15 am only one teller and the person greeting is rude! As I asked why only one teller as I have a deposit to make and 7 in line one teller is I unacceptable. Whenever I come here the closest BofA there aren’t enough tellers I asked simply why there aren’t more and she was rude to me

I have to go to this bank cause its the closest to my work but if i could find a closer one, i would. Every single time i come to this financial center, there is always only one teller and a huge line. I feel bad for the teller because he/she are doing their best. What i don't understand is they have all these people walking around in suits and heels but not one of them can expedite the line for their customers. God forbid they have to count money and do the job that is expected. It sucks for the teller. They are trying their hardest to keep composure when customers complain about the wait...I'm in line writing this. Ive been waiting 20 mins. If you have to go to this bank okay but if you could go to another bank of america. Go.

This branch has the absolute worse service ever! They sat me down for 45 min to wait on a currency exchange only to tell me their computers are down and it would be another hour wait!! I have a mortgage and auto loan with b of a and I want to switch because their branches in my city are absolutely inaccessible. LONG LINES and very rude staff dealing with everyone that is understandably upset at the long waits and disorganization!!

I’m usually pretty understanding but it’s monday and I’m currently standing in line as the 7th person in a line of 13. There is one teller and if she walked any slower she might as well be crawling. Other than the one teller, I can see two other employees that I only assume are personal bankers because they seem more concerned with sitting in their office taking as much time as possible per customer. I don’t know what this bank’s story is but I don’t care. You should not have one teller on before closing on a Monday. I’m so happy I’m only cashing a check here and this isn’t my primary bank because it’s a nightmare standing here. I’ve been here for 35 minutes and I’m still waiting while I write this standing in line.

SHADY!!! Just went in to this branch to cash a check from my insurance company that was drawn on a BOA account. They said there would be an $8 fee for cashing it unless I was a customer, so I gave them my business debit card (BOA account) and they said it would have to be a personal account in my name or they would still have to charge me a fee. (Check is written on a BOA business account, being cashed by an individual who has a BOA business account, but they still want to squeeze me for $8.) Fine, I said. That’s sure a crappy way to treat your business banking customers. So they cash the check and give me my money, less the $8. But no receipt of the transaction. ? When I asked for one the manager got pissy with me and told me to “step aside” so they could help other customers. I explained that I had just paid their bank $8 for a service and that I would need a receipt to account for where that money had gone. She told me that they don’t do that!?! Really? A BANK is receiving income without any record of the transaction being generated? I said, “for all I know you just took my 8 bucks and stuck it in your pocket!” Again, she asked me to “step aside” and assured my that she would “be right out to deal with you.” After about 10 minutes she came out with some pages she’d printed off a computer stating their fees policies, with a handwritten note on the top that says “$8 check cashing fee.” Feels like I just stumbled across the BOA tellers’ own version of a tip jar! Hey Mr Bank Examiner, wanna explain this?
