  David is top notch! Originally, I had applied through another bank I was familiar with. Their process was very slow, couldn't get anyone on the phone etc... David's process with First American bank was seamless. I was able to get him on the phone whenever I had a question or needed info, having one point of contact that was easily reached made this process so much easier. His communication was on point and overall, the entire process for our HELOC start to finish took approx 4 weeks which was great. The loan product first American Bank offered was exactly what I needed. I will be definitely recommending David to friends and family. Thanks David!

  Very satisfied with the mortgage refi process. Particularly enjoyed the personal service offered having a local branch so close to my home. David Hamby worked diligently to close the process. Claudia Diaz was very attentive with the necessary form filling, and the staff at Hialeah were always friendly and helpful, especially Sorangel. Thankyou everyone.
