Chase Bank Reviews

Owen R4Some of the workers are Friendly, helpful and professional and know their job and feel proud of what they do. Chase has the latest technology of IT. Room for improvement: Either they are understaffed or some of them have not enough interest in customer satisfaction as they handle the customers questions with out patience and in hurry. I got an NSF due to a small difference in my checking account ( had money in saving ) and I was looking to find the reason and the employee was not even keen to look at the account and said your cheque must not have been deposited and I should check with cheque holder. Not very impressive!

Kevin Holden1I contacted this branch regarding a commercial account that was closed without my knowledge. I was then transferred to the branch mgr named “Junior” who was absolutely no help whatsoever. Instead of offering to find a solution, Junior hung up on me instead. It’s hard to believe that “Junior” is the branch manager! This is the best guy they could find?!!

Ronnie1Horrible customer service! Save yourself and go to another branch!!! Waited in line while the teller serviced everyone but the commercial line. Ridiculous!

Chance Lushute1I just left the branch. My tax return check has been put on hold for 2 weeks. As work as everyone knows has been challenging and being a Covid 19 survivor I have come on tough times. I went in the bank to see if I could get some type of help and possibly removing fees That I have acquired since they need to hold a check from the IRS for 2 weeks. However I did not even get the respect from the branch manager or whoever is in charge to have a private conversation as to see if they could help me in any type of way . All I received was talking across the bank trying to explain and I was shut down immediately and said he could not do anything for me. By this time everyone in the bank knows my personal business and Im really embarrassed standing in the middle of the lobby. Needless to say soon as my money clears from the IRS I will be closing my 10 year account with Chase bank. I defiantly see why the reviews are so poor. As I am in a customer service business as and I would not ever be able to do that to someone. All I asked was for a couple min to have some privacy and speak about my account. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! BY CHASE!!!!!!!!!

GSD LOVER5I have been a long time loyal customer of Chase Bank. I have dealt with all the different branches that I live near and have always been pleased with my experiences at these branches. I have to state that I mostly deal with the Chase Bank branch at 3103 FM 528. Why??? They are outstanding!!! I can not say enough wonderful things regarding the exceptional customer service that I receive. I am welcomed by name and all the employees are extremely professional, courteous, pleasant, & friendly. The employees go above and beyond to make my visit to the bank a very pleasant experience. I have to comment that this branch has two exceptional employees. 1) Severiano Saldivar JR., Vice President Branch Manager 2) Gabriel Villa, Private Client Banker They are the two gentlemen that I usually deal with as I have specific needs with my banking that need to be addressed. I know that whatever my needs are that they will be handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. Their customer service and professional abilities are tremendous. I will always be a loyal Chase Bank customer at 3103 FM 528. I am truly thankful to have such competent employees handling my accounts. I highly recommend this Chase Bank branch. It definitely deserves 5 stars.

KittenSpaceDino1This is one of the worst banks I've ever had to deal with. They tell my coworkers to take deposits daily, we do that. We take them daily, they tell us to bring it at the end of the week. They then tell us to bring it daily and then the cycle continues. They are always rude about it. This location seems to not want to do the job the are paid to do. They need to rethink the people they hire.

Stephen Designs1$8 fee to cash a check because I don't have an account? Nice. Won't be back. Edit: a whole new reason NOT to use Chase Bank: Check cashing limits. It is inconvenient and embarrassing when I try to cash a client's check and after standing in line for too long, am told they won't cash the check because it is over a certain limit. My client even asked them to change it but they did not. The client actually has to drive to the bank in person (the bank won't call them like Wells Fargo does) to tell them I'm not a thief. Nice.

BMHRTA “DAMADIVINA07” Kingsdaugher151Horrible service and attitude. Wanted to speak to a personal banker yesterday and super rude guy with no matters in the entrance said theres no one to help me until 2 hrs from then. Unfortunately It seems all Chase branches are the same; it was my 3rd bank visiting on the same day do to no personal banker available on the others, and had people coming in and turn them away as well, yes crazy. Im not the type of person that visits the banks often. I do evething online. With chase it's been the first bank to get ask from the 1800 to go in to a branch to fix something that very well could be done over the phone, and yet have no personal bankers working. It looks like Chase does business like Walmart so many offices, but no one in them. Never had to experience that kind of issue in my current bank. What a waste of time and inconvenience and the attitude of the workers make it worse. Closing my business and personal accounts.

Fabian Guerra5After a negative experience at a Chase Bank located on FM 646, I did not know what to expect when I entered Chase Bank on FM 528 in Friendswood, Texas. A Gentleman by the name of, Gabriel Villa, did more than just help me with a withdrawal transaction. He changed my negative thinking towards Chase Bank all together. I will never visit another Chase Bank location other than this location. Thank You Gabriel for your time and kindness!
