  Called these guys up to get my PMI removed. The specialist I needed left for the day, but the took my info for him to call me when he came in, and were very friendly in their assistance they could provide at that moment. I asked for the best number to maybe achieve the same result through a corporate number, and they gave me the best number that really did help! Thank you for your kind assistance.

  Shocking ineptitude at this branch when I tried to close a small account of a recently passed family member. I presented all the paperwork needed to close a similar account at BB&T. I was first told they couldn't break the law like the other bank (?) and later sent on a wild goose chase of extra forms from the funeral home and then a notary who told me that what the bank was asking for was impossible. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was almost 3 weeks with a dozen emails and phone calls. Including one phone call when I was told "there is nothing more I can do to help". I even asked to speak with the legal department directly and was told it was impossible. I finally gave up. I walked into the Willow Grove Chase Bank branch and presented all the same original paperwork and got everything taken care of immediately. No extra paperwork. No baffling emails. One very pleasant phonecall that the check was ready. I told them the full tale of Abington and they said they definitely have been cleaning up the messes the Abington branch has been making. Thanks Willow Grove! Avoid this Abington branch if at all possible.
