  Came in a week and half ago to set up a business account. Scheduled the appointment for today. Arrived today for said appointment, “oh sorry, our accounts manager is gone for the week”. So here is chase affecting my business, due to their ineptitude. Taking my business to another bank.

  Made an appointment online to open a business checking. I go into the bank and the banker (Rocio Guzman) told me that she wasn't able to open business accounts. Frustrating. She then "made" another appointment to meet with their business banker at the earliest available time. I return to the bank at the time she stated to meet with the business banker only to find out that she never booked the appointment and was again turned away. Completely disorganized, completely unprofessional.

  Their tellers are poorly trained on policies, Terry laughed at me and was extremely condescending. After 9 years they cancel my credit and debit card while sending notifications to wrong addresses.. the waiting time when you call their 800 number is ridiculous and chances are you’ll get hung up on. do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

  Great staff! Everyone I've ever spoken with has been helpful and courteous. They only thing that I could think to be better would be to have lollipops with safety sticks.

  Visited branch 3 times and still haven't solved the issue. They always ask for your phone number to follow up with you, but they never do.
