      The front desk service person greeted us with blaming on our 5mins late, then keep us waiting for more than half an hour without checking out even once. We’re not feeling comfortable as a customer during the visit. Don’t come to here if you have other choice.

      There used to be 2 drive thru ATM but now there is only 1. They have 3 ATMs outside and does get busy sometimes

      Unprofessional officers, I had an appointment today, officer seems to be yawning and not discipline at work. Next my request is to transfer cash from my prepaid account to BOA checking's. Cashier enquired how much i need to transfer and asked few other queries too. finally she was saying device isnt working.. Hmm.. again unprofessional. Please fix the device for the future customers. ..totally unhappy with the appointment...With all these reviews, BOA needs to have a check against the officers behaviour and take necessary actions if possible.

      The worst BoA and all of them are going down hill fast. Business line is open. Isn’t open? Lady who said it wasn’t. Then 30 minutes later says it was. And guess who the approver of all is? Her! Then when they find out he has $$$ in the bank. “Would you like to talk to a specialist?” No. We want to pull everything out and leave this nightmare. No consistency. No knowledge of their own office. Seems like they lie to customers when they want and think an apology should suffice for showing their incompetence. Every single time. Such a bad experience. Also my partner looks scrub when he goes usually Saturday AM. Not like someone who has a business account. And trust me. They treat him like how he looks. I agree with a lot of other reviews in saying I wish I could give this place lower than a 0. Please don’t respond with BS. Like I’ve seen on other reviews. Just digest the reviews and do better! UPDATE: How would going to BoA social media accounts help, Jazmin? Please enlighten me. Or did you not do your job. Like most BoA employees and just copy and paste? Clearly no one cares about all the bad reviews this branch has. As it seems like an ongoing issue.

      2021-12-26: I came back because I get a reply from your PR team under my comment which said that you valued my business and would share my feedback. While I appreciate your reply, I have to say that I currently have zero faith in that this place will get better. I say that simply because I saw many negative review also get similar replies, and some of them are actually from long time ago. So I guess that means your leadership team had enough time to realize the issue but they are not capable to solve it. Why not just tell them that we should put more emphasis on solving the real problem rather than spending time and energy to tried to get every negative review "replied"? If they are able to turn things around to get above 3.0 stars I will be happy to revisit it and edit my review. =============== 2021-12-23: Worst experience ever. I give this branch 1 start simply because I cannot rate it with zero or negative star. The wait time was very long and when I reached my turn the representative told us they are not able to process our request and we had to wait for another 30 - 40 minutes to talk to the representative in the other side of the room to get our request done. And we left and their manager seems not care about us at all. They do not try to help their customer to solve the problem but just try to kill their time, and it seemed not matter if you get helped or not. Try to avoid this branch to save you sometime.

      I went there for wire transfer she said make appoint and come back tomorrow for your transfer , so now we have to wait for another day to transfer money, lazy staff. I don’t recommend one star to these bank .

      We had an appointment booked with the Investment Advisor more than 1 week in advance, and it was cancelled 1 minute before the appointment time. The rep told us that the Investment Advisor is no more with BOfA - surely they knew that more than 1 minute before the appointment. The rep was very unapologetic, which is not the experience we've had with BOfA in other branches. We asked if there was a way to give formal feedback, and the rep said we can call in to the customer service! This is the way they treat their Platinum Honors Preferred customer - we are now considering taking our business to Chase.
