Chase Bank Reviews

Tom B2I usually use the ATM outside but needed to go in on a certain visit and speak to a teller. The teller was extremely nice, and was apologetic as what I had asked for was something she did not have to do in along time, which was understandable. She has a few questions she asked to the lady next to her, which I believe was the manager. Her answer was.. check the Chase website... as she stood there doing nothing. This whole ordeal was holding up the line, and I feel could have been done faster if the lady could have lent a helping hand. She then asked the teller, who was the only one open, to go get her a trash bag, as the lady stood longer and did nothing! I couldn't believe this lady. Hats off to the teller for doing a fantastic job. To the lady barking out orders, be a better team leader or your employees won't be there for you when you need them.

A P1Me and my mom came in trying to open a savings account. The girl in front told us to and wait for Brian, the banker. There was a man before us already sitting in his office waiting for him. After about ten minutes, the girl came up and said that Brian wouldn't be able to see us for another 30-40 minutes. So she told us we could "make an appointment" and come back to see him in 45 minutes. We left and came back right on time, and the same girl told us to have a seat again and that Brian would see us in five minutes. There was no one else in the facility, and he wasn't with a customer. We saw Brian walking back and forth behind the tellers, but he didn't care to acknowledge us. After ten more minutes, one of the tellers goes, "he'll be with you in five minutes". At that point, we had no interest in speaking with Brian. It was very rude we had waited for over hour to see him. I work in customer service, and the tellers were sweet and polite, but Brian clearly doesn't care about his customers or their time.

Gianna G1Wanted to take out a large amount of money. 3 employees were at the front counter talking, no one acknowledged me as I walked past and waited in line by the empty counters. Then one of the employees finally came up to me and said "Can I help you?" in an aggressive way that made it seem like I was bothering her for being there. I told her what I needed and she replied "You can use the ATM." Extremely rude and horrible customer service.

Mary Fueyo5Great experience there! Teller was waiting inside the door & when I walked in she asked me what I needed today and when I told her she immediately took me to the window and took care of me with speed and a great attitude! I was in and out in less than five minutes

Magi Truck INC1Worst bank ever. They will charge you like ten oversrafts, $500 bucks total maybe. They won’t call like: ‘sir, you want to deposit some befor the session?’ Never had worse banking experience. Go to Bank of America or Byline. They care. My brother talked me into Chase. Edit: Had +$230 last night. Some drafts were done thru the night, along with a greater deposit. They booked the drafts first and the deposit later, sonthey could charge me $68. My Byline or American call and they ask you what to do. Chase are happy to scam you every time.

Sonia Alejandra5Ortenca Khawashaba went absolutely above and beyond. I had several issues with my accounts and I could not have asked for a better customer experience going through them with Ortenca. She was kind, patient and willing to stick out over an hour long call to chase corporate. She advocated for me to make things right. I wish more personal bankers took their job as seriously as Ortenca. Very grateful overall to have support and exceptional professionalism through my time of need. Thank you.

Paul Bryla5Beata is the most helpful person. I highly recommend this bank, smaller size branch makes for a more individual experience. I have been banking at that particular location ever since they moved from inside Dominics and I continue to do business there, even when I have other branches closer to work and home.
