  I have banked with Belmont Bank & Trust since 2006 personally and on a Business level. It is so rare to have Bank that that genuinely cares about the people it serves and Belmont Bank & Trust is that kind of Bank. They have a high level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by everyone, I am very impressed by their outstanding performance, hard work, and wonderful staff and they always go above and beyond to help me out. This organization will deliver nothing less than the best with their expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication as their reputation is well earned.   I have worked with Belmont Bank and Trust for over 7 years now. Not only do they handle the banking for my business but I also do personal banking there as well. It is refreshing to work with a bank that still has the personal touch and service level that comes with a local establishment. I get responses immediately and they have always been accommodating when coming up with banking solutions for me personally or with my business. I would recommend them for sure.

  This is what old time relationship banking is all about. I have worked with the Belmont Bank for the last several years and cannot praise them enough. They anticipate my needs and those of my firm before I do. They were on top of the PPP loans before anyone else in the city. To say they made the process simple and easy is an understatement. I cannot recommend them enough. They are honest and hardworking wonderful people.

  Joe Zagorski and his Team at Belmont Bank are extremely responsive, professional and solutions based. Belmont is a true customer focused community, commercial bank with all the technology and features normally found with large money center institutions.   Worst customer service for a bank I've ever encountered... my bank was closed due to the holiday so I decided to actually go into a bank location to cash my paycheck which was written on Belmont Bank and Trust. I was told since I did not have an account I could not cash my paycheck. I thought that was odd so I offered to open an account. At which the teller told me I still couldn't cash because they will need to put a 2 week hold on my check which was from them... PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER BANKING OPTIONS DO NOT USE THIS BANK....

They answer my questions promptly, they solve my problems and their fees are on the low side of reasonable. I have never had an issue with anything they have done for me.   Amazing experience altogether. During COVID-19, I was working with a national bank and didn't hear a single thing from them. I started working with Belmont Bank and got access to 4 different individuals who communicated with me nearly every day to ensure everything was on-track and on-schedule.
