  (Short version I got tossed around from room to room and got no one on one with the person that made my taxes even though I filled all of my things up alone and I paid twice of what I normally pay) I have been looking for a good place to go and do my Taxes and I had heard mix reviews but I still wanted to try it out. I WAS SHOCKED I get there and I try to be as polite (they are doing my taxes and I don't want to piss them off) and the lady didn't ask me if I was there to do taxes or if I needed help she just tossed a form and told me to fill it up. When I brought it back to the front she took a look at it and gave me another form (the Tax form) and I had no idea what the hell i was filling in and I am in a panic b/c i don't want to put something that might be wrong. So I finally finished and I handed it to the lady again and she tells me to wait and time passes and another person calls me and they tell me to sit and she say you'll get so-an-so much of money back and she said to follow her, thinking she would go over the forms with me and we get to another area were she tells me to sit and I wait and then I get call again and the lady in the counter tells me it's 105.00$. I filled my own forms and I waited like an idiot and didn't get any costumer service and I paid twice of what I usually pay.

  The services at Gladys Wilson is the best you can get for the money you pay, their services don’t stop only preparing your income taxes but helping and advising you with any problem you can have with IRS. They have so many years in the business that experience is a most for any client. God bless them.

  This a very complete company. They really take the time to get you the best refund you can get, and they explain you everything you need to know about you taxes. This is my third year going there, and the only thing I regret is that I didn’t do my taxes with them before!

  I've been doing my taxes with my partner here for the last 7 years. Really great work, and when it gets busy, I drop my paperwork if and come back just to finalize it.

  Unprofessional and expensive without reason. You cannot ask for any doubt you have because they get mad or maybe today it was not her day. But I’m paying for a service and if I don’t understand something I’m going to ask. She told me “oh! I’m going to kill her today” what was that? is this professional? Really? I went to a tax office! She crossed the line!

  We are deeply saddened and apologize for the misunderstanding and the experience you had. We do not want to offend anyone and perhaps what might not be meant as an offense might be misconstrued. The pricing, however, is based on the forms being prepared. Therefore, a return requiring a more complex form like yours will be a higher fee.

  Higher prices and there's no way to come back for filing taxes here. I understand that they are busy but doesn't mean that they don't have time for you to talk personally with the tax preparer and ask questions about it.
