  On July 16 , I called to schedule an appointment to open a checking account and savings account at this location for July 20th at 1:30pm. I arrived to my scheduled appointment on time and patiently waited. I understand during these unprecedented times things can be disorderly and run behind but this was ridiculous due to people being assisted before me whilst they never had an appointment .

  The Tellers at this location have a very nasty attitude, they need to be retain on how to provide good customer service. Especially one Teller in particular by the name of Karen. Really horrible.

  I do not like this BOA location. The wait to see an account representative is extremely long. I am an existing BOA customer and I am truly disappointed that they do not provide good customer service at this location. The branch manager told me he is not allowed to assist with opening any accounts and never took the time to hear what my needs were. Unfortunately, I will no longer do business here- rather drive further for a better customer service experience. Sadly, I should have known better.

  Master who's money? #BankOfAmerica doesn't stand for no Americans but their CEO, it provides the worst phone customer services among its piers like #WellsFargo. I've banking with BOA for the past year, I've lost a total of $2000 because of fees and System problems ; a representative even told me she would mail me my balance's check and close my account then hung up on me this morning. All because I was complaining about $280 fees been taking off my account for an issue they stated they had resolved. I forgive her as she said it's not her job to help me, it's Bank of America. Thank You

  I clearly see why the review is horrible they are training people.I am not here for training classes nor do I wanna partake in dealing with someone who has never opened this type of account before.This is very unprofessional and I am contacting corporate about the fact that my time is being abused

  Do not like this branch because there is always a long wait..1 teller working.where is everyone. Hire more tellers. We have things to do and places to go too.
