  My work is down the road so I been coming here on a weekly basis for YEARS. Use to go inside so I can talk to the bank tellers, I seen lots of bank tellers come and go over the years. I been using the drive-thu a lot lately, I still go inside here and there when I need change

  Chase Bank is predatory. Don't do business through them. Created an account, put in $100. Was planning on putting in $500 a month until I was passed their terrible minimum so I wasn't charged. They immediately locked my account and continued to charge me the service fee. They also love to nickel and dime you.

  I have been hacked and they locked my account let my check deposit even tho it was closed out and then they took my check to cover what w.e the person hacked took out of my account and I didn’t even have anything in my account in the first place

  Branch manager here is absolutely amazing. Took care of everything for me without an appointment and smiled the entire time. I’m no longer a Chase customer, but I highly recommend this branch! Amazing!

  I hate this bank. They can never help me or my girlfriend whenever we go inside. It’s always they no longer do something or we can’t do it. They need to train their employees better. Never direct to where to get the help from

  I've usually visited this branch during the busy part of the day and it is always been quick to get in and out to access my locker box or make other changes to my account.

  Katie too busy can't be helped. only one person to work drive up bank on friday after 4pm? over 15 minute wait claims she is the branch manager well poof management is usally the cause Katie

  I use this bank all the time. Except a friend and I went though the atm last Saturday night and noticed the deposit box keys were still in the lock of the box. Outside. Unattended. Put them in thyour box, hope you got them. S. Gach
