      I visited this Chase Bank to take out $500 out of the ATM. When the money came out, one of the $100 bills was teared at the very end and barely hanging on. I went inside to explain the situation and the manager basically told me that there's nothing they can do. I then went to the Chase Bank in Somerville or maybe Bridgewater? (the one across from Shoprite) and they took care of me with no hesitation. 1 Star review.

      SHORTED MY FIANCE 100$, HE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT ON THE SPOT. APPARENTLY THE GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WONT BE FOR AN HOUR I WILL STAY ON HOLD TILL THIS IS RESOLVED. I'M DEMANDING THE VIDEO RECORDINGS TO BE REVIEWED FOR THIS TELLERS MISTAKE. WILL BE FILING FORMAL COMPLAINT TO COOPERATE THRU BBB AND ANY OTHER FORMS I CAN GET TOO.CHASE IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES.

      WENT THIS MORNING IT SAYS ON THE DOOR SATURDAY 10:30AM TO 2:00PM YET THE DOORS WERE LOCKED AND NO ONE WAS THERE .. GREAT WORK CHASE.. SO INCONVENIENT
