  I’ve never had a problem with this branch. The staff has always helped me out even when it’s something most people would do online, like printing up a year worth of statements when my printer was down.

  The best branch of Chase in Grand Rapids! We deposit work checks at Chase and this one is always friendly and easy to work with. Excellent staff! Excellent location easy parking. Been here dozens of times and have never had a bad experience.

  Amazing banking experience. Must mention that the staff at this branch is simply, for want of a better word, awesome. Being a non-resident, I did not expect the banking to be so smooth with all the different scenarios I put forward.

  Heidi is the heart of this branch. She's helpful, poditive and genuine. If you have banking needs with Chase , it's worth going to this location to deal with Heidi.

  Useless bank why even have a lobby if you cant do what other chase banks can do. Hopefully nothing happens to your debit card cuz they can't replace it cuz they are useless

  After 19 years Banking With Chase Bank I had a double Charge on my account It was easier for Itzel To close All my 5 accounts then trying to solve the issue

  sure is tough to get help at these locations , I guess all of them are under staffed , Greenville branch closed. Maybe we did choose wrong. Kind of a no brainer more people are out and about on Saturdays 🤪
