Maria ღ3Slow service and inadequate staff, you can barely find anyone to assist you other than the security guard. The guards are pretty nice though. Update: they help walk in customers more? I've been standing here for almost an hour and they aren't helping me even though I signed my name and had an appointment. Update #2: I brought the rating down to 1 star because there is still no communication or sense of direction. They just make you wait cluelessly, and you can't sit down if the sitting area is full. They're helping other people and not the people waiting outside. Update #3: Okay, the rating is back to 3 stars even though I'd like to give it a 2.5.. the person who helped me was VERY friendly and helpful. She answers all your questions and is very patient and thorough. She also called me back to follow up! I love that kind of service.

Amrishka Persad1The worst chase, this place is super busy and understaffed, with just one notary. They are not honest with you about the wait times and you can be waiting there for well over 45 minutes when they tell you there's one person ahead of you.

Glenny Rojas1The worst bank ever , every time I go there they only care to see the people that are not latinos or Afroamerican. The worst is the manager who is Latino and is an arrogant person who give wrong information all the time only for the nationality. I went to resolve a matter of 5777 dollars that was on hold in my account and know what he told me that my check was rejected and was reported as fraudulent and will not be pay . He look at me like trying to laugh but I get up say thank you and left but guess what everything was a lie . I got my money by Friday , check was never reported as fraudulent . Check was paid to me . He did only because I asked him in the beginning why he was ignoring me and was only taking care white people . The worst bank don’t go there . If you are not white American they will look at you like you money is not worth it

I’ve been waiting for a call back for an appointment to open an account for my daughter for over a year they’ve taken my information down 3 times already and no call back. Today I called before coming to the bank with my daughter who btw is walking in crutches to ask if I need an appointment and they said no walk in is fine.. I get here and I need an appointment and they said they súper under staff (which is not really my problem) and hopefully they will call me back HOPEFULLY!!! The manager at this branch is really the worst manager I’ve ever came across to bad I didn’t get her name

William S5The absolute best in service. Fabian runs a tight shop and Christian always takes good care of me. My parents have banked here for over 50 years and I for the past 30. Chase is the strongest bank in the USA and their customer service is one of the reasons why.

Dennise Bastidas1I recently opened a business account here and it was the worst mistake.. while opening the account the banker i think his name is Hugo was texting and laughing but i let it slide because i needed the business account opened the same day... i should’ve went to a different branch.. a few weeks later he calls me that there’s something wrong with he account.. i went to another branch because i didn’t wanted to deal with him.. i go to another branch and the banker tells me he made a mistake with my business tax id number... so now i am unable to recieve or pay my providers!!and on top of that i haven’t received my business debit cards .... i will not go to this branch again!!!!

Jonathan Iglesia1Wprst experiece came to get a new debit card waited 35 min untill i decide to just walk i signed the log in sheet and waiting people walked in after me with out signing and gotten taken care of before me will never bank there again !!!!!!
