This location has 4 ATMS in the Vestibule. This morning none is available for withdrawals. This is not the first time. Quite often this is happening. This is the holiday weekend. You have ATMS out of service?? Do you really cares about us, the customers? Get it fixed.

This is a horrible branch. I don't even want to give it one star. The ATMs are always out of order in the morning. Today I tried to withdraw $50. The ATM malfunctioned, showed a blue screen and stated that I would not be charged. However, when I checked my balance on a neighboring ATM next to it, it showed that $50 had been incorrectly withdrawn. I went into try to get the issue resolved by management inside the bank, and they stated that there was nothing they could do, so they gave me the number to customer service. Forget the fact that I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone. Anyway to make a long story short, I was provisionally given credit for $50. We will wait and see if I get my money back. I understand that it can take up to 3 months to get this issue resolved. Bottom line. I do not advise that anyone use the ATM at the Cypress Hills Capital One location on 3345 Fulton Street.

you have to make an appointment for anything and you have to wait a long time like 1 hour to do any transaction. They don't help you much I prefer to do everything over the phone.

The worst the only good thing is customer service when you get too the window 30 minutes later p.s they have 2 machines inside the bank so you don't have to wait on line but they never work ever and bow for the weekends when you go and try and use the atm they Either don't work or they don't have money don't know who is running this bank they need to learn how to run this bank there always seems to be a problem with the machines if they are no good throw them away now i can do this job faster than the 3 people they always have in the windows and the wait time is very slow like you don't have thing's to do other than stand online for 30 minutes.

      Response from the owner

We know your time is a valuable resource, Jaime, and the last thing we'd want to do is waste any of it. Consider your feedback documented and in front of the right eyes. ^MS

I've been going to this branch since it's convenient for me. There is a J train that stops at Crescent street station that makes it accessable. Parking is not friendly since it seems to be a commercial street. You might find free parking a few blocks away but you may be walking to the bank for at least four minutes. The bank is quite large. Depending on how many tellers are at the bank, you may be waiting on line for a while. Unfortunately, the most tellers I've seen working are three. They are professional and may even suggest that you use the automatic tellers for quicker service. If you can use the ATM's I would suggest you do.

Only one ATM works and there was a Security guard there which didn’t even look legit and made me super uncomfortable while we were all waiting in line.

This place is unprofessional and ghetto. I rather pay for a round trip mta fare to go to a capital one bank branch in the city then go to the one in this neighborhood. I hate this place. People are unhelpful, always with an attitude, slow paced and very domineering. If I could give zero stars I would.

Security needs to actually secure the premises. I was verbally assaulted and physically threatened by a very unstable man while on line, after I asked him to please keep his distance since he was only three steps away from sharing my circle. The security approached and told him to "behave" and walked away. The man continued to disrespect me. Security did nothing! He should have been asked to leave at that point. I will not be returning to this branch. On top of all that, the wait was ridiculous, as there was only one teller handling both lines. Completely unacceptable service!

I am very disappointed that the ATM's at this location either are out of service or don't allow me to make deposits. I wrote about this issue over a year ago and things haven't got any better. I guess management at this location don't care about their customers. It is just ridiculous that we have to wait on endless lines just to do a simple transaction. Get it together and value our time and money please.

      Response from the owner

Sounds like a tech tweak's needed here—we're getting this post to our digital team so your voice is heard. ^NW
