  Allowed someone to set up a fake bank account using my boyfriend's name, would not allow him to close the account despite it being in his own name, claiming they are a 'third party'. Will not transfer his money back to him that was accidentally deposited through Paypal despite it clearly being a fraudulent account. This bank is trash. And they also gave him all of his account information without him having to provide a SSN or any other means of identification. Literally anyone can call and angrily demand a routing number and get it.

  This is a fraudulent bank. I am opening an investigation as they have stolen money and refuse to help. Do not trust.
