  I had a good experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful! Opened a bank account here and everything went smoothly! You’ll have to make an appointment if you want to meet up with a personal banker obviously because of covid-19. I recommend Dahiana Castillo! She’s super sweet and was very helpful throughout the process. I personally recommend 🤍

  This branch has gone from being a full service bank to one that only contains ATM's. There was no prior notice to the neighborhood and the branch is in the middle of a commercial area. Avoid this branch if at all possible whether you are a business or private individual.

  This branch is the worst branch in the world. Literally hires the most rude people you can imagine. The branch manager Loretta, is so rude and just love to undermine and talk down not only to her employees but also to her customers.

  The wait is too long, something that should have taken 10-15 mins took 45 mins. Terrible service by teller Friday mornings, she took 15 mins to tell me that she was not going to cash a check for a stupid reason. I went to the bank located on Liberty Ave and 112 st in queens and was in and out in less than 10 mins.

  Never interacted with anything but the atms because the banks hours are anything but convenient; they close at 4 o'clock ... You can't bank with a teller if you have a day job, but thankfully you can handle most of your needs with an ATM. Just limited on the amount of money you can withdraw.

  Worst service ever. This pace besides it's rotten smell, is the top of the bad, The staff give the worse service. Clapping on people faces to explain and diminish them with cat calling like sweety or baby while they take their time to chat or walk around the bank with out giving any help. Only 2 out of 5 Atm machines works. If you go there be ready for torture. Will give 0 stars but the security guy was the only decency to not to.

  The worst service , long wait and they wanted to charge me $$$$$ 82.00 to print me a bank statement that cost 25 cents at the library. Very unprofessional. Also i was asked if i wanted to closeout my bank acct. He didnt notice that had another acct where i keep my saving

  Since Chase replaced TELLERS for ATMs this branch is the worst. No customer service, long waits on line and no business line. Ended up going to Liberty Ave to do only 1 business deposit.
