  Katie was a savior helping me open a business checking account when I didn't know I needed an appointment way in advance and was only in Las Vegas for a limited time, other nearby branches were refusing to help. She suggested the best type of account based on our volume and types of transactions in order to save on fees. Even after I've opened the accounts, she's been easy to contact via email and phone to clarify anything business banking related. She's quick, friendly with upbeat positivity and thorough! Amazing customer service.

  I reviewed before I come here. I was worry for Services. But this place is best branch ever since I have been customer years. If You are complain here.. you won't goto have better service any other branches. I realized lot of fake reviews some stupid reasons. I don't trust reviews anymore unless I have experienced. Thanks again Katie and Mr lee.

  I have been a Chase customer for a while but this is the best experience I have had in a branch by far. I have needed assistance multiple times and I have had great customer service. Shout out to Katie who has helped me open many accounts and process many wires. She's a great banker and I would highly recommend her. Also a shout out to the teller Ashley. I maybe go in once a month and she remembers exactly who I am and is always a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

  Door lock to access atm after hours has been broken for months. Late night atm drive thru machine is broken as well.

  This branch has the WORST MANAGER and Customer Service! I guess I'll add to the many awful comments about this branch. ATM's are a joke just like the management and employees. Drive up ATM rarely works and the inside after ours ATM only dispenses 100's? Very inconvenient and when i asked an employee she gave me no explanation. I will be contacting corporate today about your horrible service and abundance of negative complaints. Great job manager... What a joke!

  This is the absolute worst chase branch ever. Wish i could give zero stars. Only chase I’ve been to where all the ATM’s are ALWAYS DOWN ALL THE TIME. the door says 24/7 access which is a lie cause the card reader on the door doesnt work. Absolute trash!!!!

  The saving grace of this location is the customer service element. The people that work here are nice, professional and happy. However, the drive-up ATM STAYS broken and eats money sometimes too. The line for the lobby ATM is always crazy and I end up driving to the Decatur location. Also, sometimes it’s unsafe to get out of my car and go into the lobby. Not to mention the lack of social distancing possible in a tiny lobby. Please get it together. This is a multi-million dollar company.

  Dont even try to go. Waited 20 minutes so they can say no banker will be in the branch. Its not a bank its a joke

  Teller was inexperienced and told me I was about $80 short. I asked for everything back and recounted it, and was then asked to move so they could take care of another customer. I said after I count my money. Everything was indeed there, EXACTLY the amount I said I had. I even dohble-checked in the car. It was all there. I am livid. Being new is one thing. Making a mistake is another. But cheating a customer out of $80 because you don't know how to count money is NOT okay. I will not return to this branch. Beware. Make sure you are confident about your deposit so you don't get cheated!

  My first review ever, I asked for a deposit bag and the lady wouldn’t give me one saying they only give it to business customers. Funny thing is I always get them and I went to another chase which is 5 mins away (Sahara and Jones) and got a bag easy.
