  Got there to open a joint checking account at 3:30 and was told it was too late to help (closes at 4pm). The cherry on top was being told how quick and easy it was to open a joint account, just to come back next week. Come on guys, do better. 2 stars for the guy at least being nice while being lazy.

  The customer experience at this particular branch was impeccable! The bankers here are amazing. Easy access parking lot is always a plus, too. This place is nice and clean inside and out. You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in their work. I will definitely be doing all of my banking here going forward!

  Worst customer experience I have ever had with a financial institution. Somehow took 2 HOURS to open a standard checking account. Probably because he spent 45 minutes requesting information about what other financial institutions and balances we have "to screen for money laundering"... Only to later tell us that "oh we mostly use that to market things to you."

  Friendly staff BUT, my accounts were setup incorrectly I had to go back to the branch too many times to get it right. Bankers setup accounts all day every day. Seems like staff not well informed on how to do their jobs effectively. Spending 5-6 hours at a branch to open an account is unacceptable. Get it together!!! I'm trying to like this bank but so far its not looking too good.

  Wow, just terrible customer service. All due to mistakes made by Chase. Do not open an account with Chase. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unfortunate.

  Kita M. Jones, the assistant branch manager, assisted us and she was extremely polite and efficient. It was obvious that she took her job seriously and she provided exceptional customer service. We were very impressed. Kudos to her.

  very friendly stuff (except one.... but i think she doesn't work there anymore! yay!). always smiling and very helpful... very clean branch and no lines!

  Actually open on Saturday, unlike pretty much every other Chase Bank location in the city.
