  Terrible customer service. Big box banking at its worse. As a "Chase Private Client", it has been net to impossible to reach my assigned rep. Emails and phone calls are routinely ignored. The bankers at this location are constantly rotating and are impossible to contact. The branch phone # connects you to the auto-operator and then after numerous prompts says "good-bye" and disconnects. It's time to move from this bank and close all of my accounts, Chase has unfortunately, become one of the worst banks to deal with.

  Sure the staff is friendly but they are soooo slow at any task. Either Chase’s computer systems are outdated and difficult to use or they’re under trained or they’re just super slow. Whatever the case is, this is one of the worst locations to go to. I’ve come here every month for almost a year and there’s always a line because the staff are slow. Chase is a major bank. You can afford to update your systems and technology to work better. It takes 30 minutes to send a wire transfer and sometimes 45 minutes. And this is not because I’m waiting for help. This is the time while I am being helped.

  Came in for a cash advance, I'm not even a Chase customer, but no fee! This branch had plenty of tellers, not busy at all, and it's unlike their new branches that are trying to be like Apple Stores and putting all of the useful stuff in a back room that the employee has to keep walking back and forth from. At this branch, the employees have everything they need right at hand.

  Small branch with 1 teller. It appears you can get all the services there. Not sure if they have safe deposit boxes

  Had a consultation with a not very competent person there, when I needed information about account closure. Went somewhere else and received totally different but correct information.

  I always stop by because there's a really cute guy who works there teehee :)
