      The branch manager Richard A. Zamudio is a real professional. I've needed assistance a few different times, and luckily was fortunate enough to experience Richard. I own several businesses and am extremely satisfied with the service at the laurel village US bank branch. Richard A. Zamudio was one of the main reasons I decided to move my business account(s) from bank of America a few years ago. It is a wonderful branch and I highly recommend banking here to anyone and everyone.

      By far the worst, worst bank ever. U.S. Bank here exhibits blatant arrogance, ignorance and incompetence. After three visits this bank still is unable to complete the most basic banking transactions. They just don't care. If you enjoy dealing with ignorant bureaucrats and extremely dumb animals while getting nothing accomplished, this is your bank. Horrible, horrible experiences. And a huge rip off. I am closing all U.S. Bank accounts.

      People should read the book Gotcha Capitalism. The author says, if your balance is less than $1,000 you are not in the profit area for many banks. They have to charge you...surprise: fees! He continues saying people on average get charged $1,000 on hidden fees annually from banks. I'm not against honest profits, but find greed offensive. My former employer has an account with them. Unfortunately, needed to cash a small check from the former employer, and they charged $ 7 to cash the check. In addition, I don't have an account with them; however, I use a bank from another state that does not charge me hidden fees. I asked for a receipt, and the cashier says they do not give receipts. It is strange because if pay for a product or service, people always give receipts. In my mind, I was thinking they must be competing with check cashing stores. In the few interactions I got with this bank, always feel this vibe of greediness from them. They wanted to give me $50 to open a savings account, but the small print was very vague. It must be a bait. In conclusion, $7 does not make anyone broke or rich, but that's a small detail. It gives an idea of their culture.

      We have been dealing with Quang Luong to secure registration for our vehicle for over 5 months after securing a loan for the vehicle with them. This is by far the worst experience we have had and will be closing our accounts and switching over our loan ASAP.

      I have used this branch a number of times and never had a difficult experience. Not sure why some others complain so much; probably people who are never satisfied with anything.

      Walked in to open a checking account. After getting no help and waiting about 10 minutes had to leave the place. The place was almost empty if talk about being understaffed.

      Called the branch for help and the manager kept me on hold for 40 minutes. I still did not receive customer service.
