  Kristina Laroque was amazing. My girlfriend has been with Chase for a long time. I have stayed with Wells Fargo because I hate myself immensely, apparently. When we left the branch I was suddenly very eager to pursue several small business loans and my girlfriend's totally bananas and completely unnecessary joint account idea became the most rational decision I've ever made.   The staff are friendly. The reason for the 4 star is because the wait time to see an advisor is not ideal because they generally are short staffed it seems. Other branches I have been to have 3-4 advisors to help you with your account or get to your security box. On several occasion this has happened. To wait 30 min-1 hour to get to your deposit box is unreasonably long time Edit: I ended up wanting to close my safe deposit box but I appreciate the friendly service.

  I called multiple times to ask about opening an account and setting up an appointment to do so. All of my calls were ignored. I brushed it off as them being busy. We just left and decided to go in. It was a ghost town. While my husband was talking to the desk clerk I called the store and witnessed the two other employees just stand there chatting ignoring my call. So no chase wasn't busy they just rather laugh with each other then answer the call. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

  The crooks had the audacity to charge $8 for cashing a $60 check that is drawn from their bank. I could understand if it was a check from another bank but that's not the case. Makes me glad that I closed my account with them years ago and ensures that I will never open another account with them.

  The staff is always very friendly when I go into this branch, or when I call in with any questions. They are very military friendly, and I will be opening up another account with them once I have joined the military. Thank you chase for always having great and professional service, it is very much appreciated.

  I wish there was a zero stars option. MetLife issued me a chase check from a mutual fund that I cashed out. I made the mistake of taking the check to this branch. After the Chase rep (Sherryl) researched the check for 30 minutes, he said, Im sorry but we cant negotiate this check; - meaning they refused to honor it. Astounded, I called MetLife gave them the story. In all her time as a MetLife employee, she had never experienced anything so bizarre. Chase was strong arming me into opening a personal account as prerequesite to cashing a check that they were legally obligated to honor. Rather than succumb to their dirty tactics, I had to have MetLife wire me the money to another account I opened with a different bank in Tucson. Amazingly, I have a long standing business account at Chase, but because it's an LLC, they refused to assist me. Never have I witnessed such blatant strong arm tactics to try and force me to open a personal account there - never! I'm closing my business account with Chase due to this experience.

  Worst customer service. Waited for 35 minutes and no one helped me until I asked what the hold up was. The manager offered to help and told me they couldn’t print my transaction history for my loan company but I could go home and print it myself. Will never return to that branch and considering closing my account and going somewhere else to bank.

  This particular Chase is the best bank I have worked with!! Very professional, friendly and HELPFUL staff.

  Doesn't open on time. Says it opens at 9 am, but opens when thetky feel like opening. The clerks at door can be rude at times.
